FLIP
Tires aren't just for cars! When executed correctly, the tire flip is a great measure of cumulative strength, endurance, flexibility, and explosiveness. Your coach will guide you through proper form.
CLAP
Clapping is not just to support your team or workout-partner. Use variations of clapping-pushups to develop coordination, speed-strength and explosive-strength. It's not just about maximum strength at Krank.
CRAWL
Babies crawl. Adults forget the simplicity (and fun?) of it. The physical benefit is beyond child's play. Bear-crawling is a natural movement that engages most of the major muscle groups while developing balance and stability.
SWING
Does your gym STILL not have kettle bells? The basic swing is another total-body exercise for increased power, muscle endurance, increased anaerobic capacity, and increased aerobic capacity.
PRESS
Presses can be done on your back or the floor...but don't neglect the standing overhead presses. It forces your body to work as one unit. Your legs, abs & back stabilize the weight as you work the upper chest and entire shoulder (not just the front).
